Chef/proprietor Francesco Furriello believes that every dish on our menu should be designed to gently coax out the natural flavours of food and to delight the palate. The quality of the produce is paramount and our menu is carefully prepared to reflect the season and the fresh produce available. Our free-range lamb and beef are locally sourced while most of our fish comes to us straight from Littlehampton.
