Sommelier Angelo Di Giampaolo is originally from Rome and since his arrival in the UK he has worked with industry luminaries such as Gordon Ramsay and Sir Terence Conran, since joining One Paston Place in early 2005 he has revamped the wine list and we now have over 100 different wines in our cellar.
