Francesco Furriello Head Chef
Francesco Furriello trained in the 1980’s at 2 of Southern Italy’s highest rated restaurants – Ristorante Ciro and Ristorante Delicato. He worked extensively in the UK and Italy until settling in his native Naples in 1994 where he founded and ran the Angels of Love group of leisure companies. In 2002 his passion for fine dining and his love of the kitchen made him return to the UK where he found One Paston Place, the highest rated restaurant inBrighton and East Sussex which, with its long-standing tradition of culinary excellence, was just the venue he’d been looking for.  Since reopening it’s refurbished doors to the public in February 2004 with Francesco at it’s helm, Paston Place has received widespread critical and praise for it’s avant guard take on European haute cuisine. .
