Krisitan Smith-Wallace Sous Chef

Sous chef Kristian Smith-Wallace is a hugely experienced, passionate and professional chef and we are proud to have him as a member of the Paston Place team. He started his culinary career at The Capital in London where he worked under the 2 michelin starred chef Philip Britton. He later worked for the Savoy Grill and 33 St James Street (where he was head chef and director) before moving on to work as chef de partie for Gordon Ramsay at his flagship restaurant in Royal Hospital Road.
